Updates break multiplayer...

The game is really fun in multiplayer rooms - it’s the best part of the game. The problem is that the developers don’t release updates for all platforms in tandem. They will release updates for iOS but not for Mac OS. This means that Mac users are in limbo until the Mac update is released, which can take weeks. Mac players will still be able to connect to multiplayer rooms, but there will only be a few players there, since the majority of players seem to be on mobile devices.

Mac players purchase the game just like iOS players do, and it doesn’t seem like a good practice to release udpates that effectively break multiplayer for a segment of the games install base.

The game is loads of fun, but just be aware before you buy for Mac that you will not be a priority to the developers. If they would simply release updates for all platforms at the same time I would rate this game as four stars, but the practice of ignoring their Mac players earns a three star rating.
